Kerridge’s Bar and Grill

Kerridge's Bar & Grill at the Corinthia marked chef Tom Kerridge's debut London restaurant, a unique challenge that sought to blend the familiar warmth of his famous pubs with the luxurious elegance of the Corinthia Hotel.

Central to achieving this was a conscious effort to inject a pub-like atmosphere into the initially formal space. This was achieved through the use of a warm green color to lower the ceiling visually and reduce the light, mirroring the cozy glow of a traditional British pub. The design placed artwork by Tom's wife, artist Beth Cullen Kerridge, at the heart of the restaurant. Thoughtful details, such as resin tables incorporating menus sent in by Kerridge's fans, reflected the project's dedication to creating a truly unique and personal dining. Nada worked on this project as a lead designer during her tenure at David collins studio.
