A contemporary space designed for All-day dining transitioning seamlessly between day and night,

Catering to the diverse clientele surrounding One Monte Carlo. The design, developed during Nada’s time with David Collins Studio, centres on creating an indoor-outdoor feel, with a strong emphasis on the food and drink offerings. The palette is intentionally untraditional, utilizing feminine hues in just the right tones to create a space that is both visually pleasing and universally welcoming. Expertly crafted display cases showcase the food in an elevated, luxurious manner. Barristers, bars, and counters strategically engage with the room to anchor the space, creating an environment that is informal, contemporary, and undeniably unique.
